Wynter is leash trained, loves playing in the big yards at the rescue, and gets along wonderfully with most of the other dogs. She’s even shown she can be playful and respectful around cats, and with proper introductions, she might just be your feline’s new best friend.

Whether she’s chasing a ball, making new friends, or curling up for a post-play cuddle, Wynter brings a spark of joy. She’s the perfect mix of fun, sweet, and social—and she’s ready to bring her sunshine into a forever home.

History: Wynter is part of a litter of 10, and was found at a local garbage dump.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, be current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
