Meet Wylie – Your Sunshine-Loving, Tail-Wagging Best Friend ☀️

Wylie is a 1½-year-old handsome pup with a gentle heart, a playful spirit, and a beautiful long tail that never stops wagging. He’s the kind of dog who brings joy wherever he goes, whether he’s trotting by your side on a walk or stretched out in the sun, soaking up every golden ray.

Wylie walks nicely on leash, knows how to “sit,” and loves playing fetch almost as much as he loves getting back rubs from the shelter volunteers. His affectionate nature and cheerful personality make him a true joy to be around.

Though he’s a bit unsure around the resident shelter cats, he’s not reactive—just politely curious and a little cautious.

History: Wylie is part of a litter of 10, and was found at a garbage dump.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
