DNA-tested and confirmed to be 50% Black Lab, Junior is everything you'd expect—loyal, loving, and eager to please. He knows how to sit on command, minds well, and would absolutely climb into your lap if you'd let him. He thrives on one-on-one time and will soak up every belly rub and pet like it's the best thing in the world.

Junior is still building confidence and can be a little shy at first, especially with young children, so a home with kids over 10 would be ideal. Once he warms up, his affectionate nature shines through, and he’ll be your loyal shadow for life.

He's learning to swim, loves a good game of fetch, and has a medium energy level—just the right balance of playful and chill.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
