Meet Marnie – Your Snuggle-Loving, Ball-Chasing Best Friend
Marnie is a spirited, affectionate girl who’s all about belly rubs, human connection, and playtime with her pup pals. She thrives on attention and loves being near her people, especially if it means a cozy snuggle session. At the rescue, Marnie’s favorite game is fetch — and yes, she brings the ball back!

Marnie enjoys playing with other dogs, but she can be a bit particular, so slow introductions are best. She’s also strong on leash, and our volunteers are helping her channel that energy into better leash manners. If you’re looking for an active, loving companion who gives her heart (and her belly) freely, Marnie might just be your perfect match.

History: Marnie was rescued from a garbage dump with her 5 puppies. Sadly, only 1 of her pups survived parvo.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
