This beautiful girl was rescued from a lonely life on the beach. She is smart, playful and energetic. Chica will get along with most other dogs, however she doesn’t like overly aggressive dogs. She can also be timid at first with a new human but is quick to gain trust and she loves human affection such as pats and sitting close to you. Chica’s favorite thing is to go for long walks, and she really enjoys being off leash. She knows multiple commands, such as “sit” and “come” and has recently learned to play with dog toys and is thrilled by them, (especially if it squeaks!)
Chica would thrive in a home where she gets lots of affection and exercise. She could do well with other dogs that she bonds with however at this time it’s unknown if she would do well with cats.
Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and desexed. All dogs are microchipped before leaving Mexico.
