Meet Annie. Annie is just a "tail-waggin" happy girl. She walks well on leash and is very gentle. Annie is very calm and sweet and just wants to be with people. She wants to bond quickly and is just a great dog. Super chill but she is afraid of balls being thrown. This sweet mama just had a beautiful litter of puppies. Both mama and puppies were rescued, brought to Cortez Rescue and Outreach and are doing well.  Please contact us if you are interested in adopting this beautiful girl.

History: Annie was found with 4 of her puppies in a ravine covered in trash. Annie had dug a hole to give birth to her pups. She was brought to the rescue with the 4 puppies, but the staff noted that she was very anxious. The rescuers went back to the ravine and found there were 4 additional puppies. They were able to rescue all of them and brought them to the rescue. After reuniting the pups with Annie, she became more relaxed.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
