Meet Diesel!
This handsome boy has a super soft all-black coat, with a charmingly curly tail. A bit shy at first, this sweet boy transforms into a playful whirlwind once he warms up to you. A couple of Diesel's favorite pastimes at the shelter are playing in the yard with other dogs, or going for a walk on a leash and stopping for short breaks to sneak in a cuddle here and there. He loves to chase and sprint around with his fur friends and always has a happy spirit about him. Ever the gentleman, he waits patiently at his kennel door, but don’t be fooled—he’ll tease you with a coy game of hard-to-get before bounding out for fun. With his loyal heart and spirited energy, Diesel is a perfect mix of calm and carefree that would make a great addition to any family. He has also been tested with cats, and likely will get along with a calm cat with proper introductions.

History: Diesel was rescued off the streets in Baja Sur with his 3 siblings.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
