Meet Nino – Energetic, Curious, and Ready for More

Nino is a young Baja rescue pup with a striking brindle coat and an active, confident personality. He’s alert, curious, and happiest when he’s moving — exploring his surroundings, engaging with people, and soaking in everything around him.

He enjoys playtime and human interaction and would do best in a home that can give him regular exercise, structure, and continued guidance as he grows. Nino has the kind of energy that thrives with routine and engagement, and he’ll be a great match for someone who enjoys an active dog.

What Nino Needs:

• An active home with daily exercise

• Consistent structure and basic training

• A family ready to keep him mentally and physically engaged

• Nino is good with our resident cats and may be good with your calm cat with proper introductions.

   

Nino is ready for a foster or adoptive home where he can keep building confidence and move forward into the life he deserves.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue: All dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.

Special Puppy Note: Puppies flying to Canada must be a minimum of 3 months old and Puppies flying to the US must be a minimum of 6 months old.
