Oh my gosh! I am oh so adorable! This is Popeye, he's a spunky little guy... chock full of playful energy. Popeye is a very lovey, affectionate pup and likes to cozy up on your lap.

History: This little pup was found with his 2 siblings in the community of De Santiago, in front of the ecological park. .

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
