Meet Santi – Small, Brave, and Worth Waiting For

Santi is a young female rescue pup currently in the care of our dedicated team. She has a few health issues and is receiving the medical attention and support she needs. Despite this, Santi remains gentle, alert, and quietly resilient.

She is expected to be on the smaller side of medium when fully grown. Right now, Santi isn’t ready for adoption, but she will be — and she’ll need a patient, committed home when that time comes. One that understands her start in life may require a little extra care and follow-through.

What Santi Needs:

Santi is being loved and protected while she heals. When she’s ready, we’ll be looking for the right person to step up for her — not perfect, just committed.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue: All dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
