I'm ready for my new family!

Meet our awesome girl Wynter. She is just one year old and breaking hearts everywhere she goes! She is fun and playful, just what you'd expect from a pup this age. Wynter is leash trained and a great "medium" size dog. She loves to play in the big yards at the rescue and gets along with most all of the other rescue dogs there. Wynter is playful with the resident shelter cats and she may even get along with your calm cat with proper introductions.

History: Wynter is part of a litter of 10, and was found at a local garbage dump.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, be current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
