Meet Jaime – All Boy, Still Waiting

Jaime is a fun, full-of-life boy who’s somehow still growing up at the rescue.

With his sleek black coat and big personality, Jaime is all about movement, play, and jumping into whatever comes next. He’s curious, confident, and always ready to go — whether that’s chasing toys, playing with other dogs, or just making his own fun.

He’s still very much “all boy,” but he’s at that great in-between stage — past the tiny puppy chaos, but still young, playful, and eager to learn. With a little structure and consistency, Jaime is going to turn into an incredible companion.

What he really needs now is a chance to do that in a home.

What Jaime Needs:

• An active adopter or foster
• Daily exercise and engagement
• Guidance as he continues to grow
• A home where he can burn energy and then settle in

Jaime has the personality, the looks, and the potential — he just needs someone to see it and bring him into real life.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue: All dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
