Get ready for some tail-wagging fun at the Cortez Rescue Howl-O-Ween Pup Parade! This is Baja’s most festive doggie celebration, and everyone’s invited. Bring your furry friends, dress them up in their spookiest or silliest costumes, and join your neighbors for an afternoon of laughter, treats, and community spirit.

Participating With Your Pup?
You Need To Register! Registration for participants starts at 3 PM at Mini Cortez on Don Pepe.  It’s free to join the parade, just show up, register and join us!

Spectator?
The Howl-O-Ween Pup Parade kicks off at 3:30 PM Mini Cortez on Don Pepe. It’s free to watch, so bring your whole crew and line the streets!

Costume Contest & Community Fun
This isn’t just a walk in the park—it’s a full-on celebration! Dress your pup in their finest Halloween attire (wear street clothes OR dress up too!) and enter our pup costume contest for a chance to win prizes. Everyone’s welcome… Meet your neighbors, join in the fun and celebrate our local rescue community.
