Meet Beba – Sweet, Affectionate, and Full of Personality

Beba is one of those dogs who connects quickly and deeply. She’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and genuinely loves being close to her people. Give her a moment, and she’ll be right there — leaning in, soaking up attention, and happily giving it right back.

She has some classic Malinois traits — playful, a little mouthy in a fun, affectionate way, and very engaged with her person. It’s not intensity, it’s connection. She wants to interact, to play, to be part of what you’re doing.

At the same time, Beba has a calm side that really stands out. She’s not a big barker and carries a nice, steady energy. She walks well on leash and enjoys getting out, but she’s just as happy settling in close. In fact, she’ll happily climb into your lap, cover you in kisses, and stay there as long as you’ll let her.

She’s friendly, playful, and easy to be around — the kind of dog who makes you feel chosen.

Understand the breed... While Beba is a mix we believe her to be a Shepherd & Malinois Mix: They are curious and busy and like having a job to do. Otherwise, they will find one for themselves. If you have energy to burn and a lifestyle to match, a Malinois X/Shepherd mix can be a wonderful companion!

Before leaving Cortez Rescue: All dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
