Ladies Shootout 50/50 Raffle takes place July 25, 2026, in the East Cape. Cortez Rescue proudly partners with the annual Van Wormer Resorts Ladies Shootout.

This tournament celebrates women in sport fishing. It also brings the community together around purpose and impact. The docks fill early. Teams compete with skill and determination. Spectators gather to support their favorites.

Cortez Rescue hosts our annual 50/50 raffle during the event weekend. The format is simple. One winner receives half of the total proceeds. The remaining funds support rescue dogs across Baja California Sur.

Your ticket helps cover veterinary treatment, emergency care, vaccinations, and spay and neuter services. It also supports foster placement, daily care, and adoption preparation. Every dollar goes directly toward lifesaving work in the East Cape.
