🐾 Meet Glenda – Confident, Composed, and Ready for Her Person
Glenda is a gorgeous tan Baja rescue pup with a soft black muzzle, a docked tail, and a calm, self-possessed presence. She’s well mannered, observant, and carries herself with a quiet confidence that sets her apart. While she may take a moment to warm up in new situations, once she feels secure, Glenda shows her affectionate, loyal side and forms meaningful bonds with her people.
This smart girl does best in a stable, respectful environment where she can continue to build trust and confidence at her own pace. She isn’t needy or over-the-top—Glenda connects deeply and prefers quality time over chaos.
Important note: Glenda does have a prey drive and would not be suitable for a home with chickens or small livestock.
Glenda would thrive in a home with:
Calm, confident humans
Clear boundaries and gentle leadership
An appreciation for a dog who is thoughtful, loyal, and emotionally tuned-in
If you’re looking for a beautiful, composed pup with depth and presence—and you value a dog who chooses you—Glenda may be exactly who you’ve been waiting for.
Before leaving Cortez Rescue: All dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
Special Puppy Note: Puppies flying to Canada must be a minimum of 3 months old and Puppies flying to the US must be a minimum of 6 months old.
