This beautiful dogs name is Hope. Hope is the kind of companion you've been dreaming of. She's a breeze when it comes to bedtime, fully house trained and knows basic commands. You'll have no worries when taking her for a leisurely walk, as she's a pro on the leash. While Hope is a social butterfly with dogs, she's not quite sure about those smaller, timid pups. With a bit of patience and time, she's learning to be more welcoming to them too. Hope has been with the rescue moving from foster to foster for some time now. If you're looking for a gentle, loving companion who's as unique as her crooked smile, then Hope is the girl for you.
She is being fostered with her brother Trooper in Baja Sur but can fly up to you anytime!
Foster update 05/02/24: Meet Hope, the embodiment of sweetness and serenity. This easy-going girl is a true love bug, with a heartwarming crooked smile that will melt your heart. Hope's life is filled with playfulness and companionship, as she shares her days with her loyal brother, Trooper, and enjoys the company of dogs of all sizes.
Health: Hope came in to the rescue testing positive for tick fever and although she is in great health otherwise she still is testing positive.
History: Hope's journey began in Los Barriles, B.C.S., where she and her brother Trooper were abandoned.
Before leaving Cortez Rescue, she will be given a full medical assessment to ensure she remains in optimum health. This pup is currently being fostered in Baja near Cabo San Lucas. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
