Meet our beautiful 4 year old rescue girl Nena. Nena loves to run and play and do zoomies around the yard. Despite her size she is quite agile and playful. Nena absolutely loves the water. She loves the wading pool at the shelter and swimming at the beach. Nena has lots of doggie friends at the rescue and gets along well with the puppies but not the resident cats. She has a beautiful shiny black coat and soulful eyes. Nena will simply steal your heart. She is just a big, happy dog. To keep her in the best shape, Nena would do best with an active family and a fenced yard so that she gets regular exercise.

Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to ensure optimum health, be current on vaccinations, and spayed/neutered. All dogs are micro-chipped before leaving Mexico.
