09/08/23 Foster update: Zoe has been with me for about 2 weeks. She is very quiet in and around the house. She only barks when the other dogs start. Zoe seems to be completely house trained as there have been no accidents in the time I have had her. She had to learn to go up and down the stairs but mastered it quickly. Zoe was timid at first, spending lots of time on her bed but quickly came out of her shell. She reacts well with the other dogs but lets them know to back off when she needs too. She walks well on leash but is good off leash not going too far and always comes back when you call her. She is learning to come and to sit. Especially when a treat is involved. She is a pleasure to have around.
Adorable Zoe was rescued from the dump with 3 others. Zoe is gentle and friendly and loves everyone. She can't get enough pets and affection and likes a good cuddle. She enjoys a hanging in the pool and playing with her friends. This girl would be a sweet addition to any family.
Before leaving Cortez Rescue, all dogs will be given a full medical assessment to insure optimum health, current vaccinations, and desexed.
