Puppy Palooza was a blast! 🐾
So many smiling faces stopped by to get their dose of puppy love, and our little rescue stars were more than happy to deliver. Kids, families, and visitors spent time petting puppies, sharing laughs, and soaking up the joy that only a pile of wiggly pups can bring.
A big thank you to SNAP – Spay Neuter & Prevention for joining us and sharing how their incredible work helps control the pet population here in Baja. Education and prevention are such an important part of helping dogs in our community.
By the end of the event we had:

💛 Generous donations collected to help our rescue dogs

As part of our Valentine’s Pup-Date Overnight, Frodo was chosen by a wonderful couple, Dawn and Andy, for a special sleepover — and he absolutely thrived.
At just 6 months old, Frodo proved himself to be the perfect house guest. Dawn and Andy described their weekend as “the most amazing,” sharing that Frodo was affectionate, well-mannered, and incredibly easy to have in their home.
During his overnight adventure, Frodo enjoyed long beach walks, plenty of snuggles and kisses, a dinner outing, and a cozy evening of TV. He is fully house trained, walks beautifully on leash, rides happily in a side-by-side, loves a good game of fetch, and is relaxed and friendly with other dogs.
Dawn and Andy are returning to the UK and told us they would have “snapped him up for keeps” if they were staying. ❤️
Experiences like this show exactly why our Pup-Date program matters. Not only do our dogs get a valuable break from rescue life, they also gain important real-world experience that helps them transition smoothly into forever homes.
